Learn how to:
cut wool felt to size
hand embroider the front cover
attach embroidery with an appliqué stitch
insert pages, add a book spine and ribbon closure by hand- or machine-sewing
finish pages with pinking shears
From the supplies list, there will be enough materials to make up to three little books. Make one for every place you sew, or give as gifts! Students will have time in class to make one book, with materials leftover to make more or try other wool embroidery projects on your own time.
Level: Beginner and up. This class is suitable for beginners or those with some basic stitching experience who want to expand their skills.
