Learn to Sew Knits: T-Shirt Class

Struggling with sewing stretch fabrics or afraid to try? Learn to make the most of stretch fabrics with a simple pattern. Choose an adult or child's T-Shirt or baby pants.

This class is suitable as an introduction to sewing with stretch fabrics. Learn:

• handling knit fabrics
• working with a pattern for stretch fabrics
• attaching a binding
• seam finishes

Sewing Level: Experienced Beginner. An easy introduction to sewing with stretch fabrics. Students should be confident in sewing on a sewing machine. Make it more advanced by sewing with a trickier fabric like our Tencel or Merino blend jerseys.

Includes: 5 hours of instruction (1 or 2 sessions) and the pattern. Supplies extra.

• Women's Fit: With a modern, slim fit it is ideal for layering. Sizes from age 2 years to Adult 22. Short or long sleeves.
• Men's Fit: This relaxed-fit unisex tee is a wardrobe staple. Sizes from age 2 years to Adult 22. Short or long sleeves.
• Baby Pants: 3 months to 24 months.
