We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our shop team—someone who understands that great retail is not just service, but support, guidance, and taste made tangible. You will:

• Help customers find the right materials for their work
• Support a space that is intentional, organized, and beautifully maintained
• Work hands-on with fabric, tools, kits, and creative preparation
• Bring care, clarity, and confidence to every interaction
