Make a top that is simple and perfectly you while learning how to sew garments.

This breezy top is both comfortable and stylish, the perfect wardrobe staple. Learn:

  • making a garment from a pattern
  • sewing short or 3/4 raglan sleeves
  • finishing the neckline with a facing
  • making a neat finish

Pattern Size: Up to 61" bust, sizes 0-34

Sewing Level: Beginner - suitable for those with some basic sewing experience who want to try sewing garments.

Location: 80 Mary Street, Port Moody

Includes: 6 hours of instruction and a paper copy of the pattern. Supplies extra.

NOTE: Please purchase and pre-wash your fabrics prior to class. Our store stocks a large selection of fabrics for you to purchase from for this class.

Frequency: Once per week for 2 weeks.

Instructor: Stephanie is a graduate of Capilano University’s Costuming for Stage and Screen. She found her passion for sewing at the age of ten and never stoped creating. Stephanie is privileged to share her excitement and knowledge of sewing and creating with those who seek the thrill of the machine.

 

Cancellation Policy

Full registration payment is required to reserve your space in a class or event. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance of the class or event will receive a full refund to store credit. For cancellations made less than 10 days in advance: A store credit of 50% of the fee will be given if more than 4 days notice, or if 4 days or less notice from the class time is given then no refund or transfer will be issued.
