Knitted elastic - soft against the skin, does not narrow when stretched, suitable for medium weight fabrics
Woven elastic - "no roll" elastic, ribbed appearance, does not narrow when stretched, strong, suitable for heavy fabrics
Swim elastic - can withstand salt and chlorine in water
