Discovered in the Liberty archive, the design recalls the Victorian era, when plant hunters and botanists roamed the world in search of arboretum specimens. Meticulously redrawn in the studio to retain the texture of the original canvas, this immersive woodland leads the gaze through an idyllic autumnal promenade. From Egyptian and Roman influences to Persian miniature gardens and Japanese zen landscapes, it reflects an evolution of beauty, structure, and creative freedom cultivated through the ages.
