Sewing Level: Beginner to Confident Beginner. Build your quilting skills with this class for those with some basic quilting experience or who want to tackle curved seams.

NOTE: This class will cover techniques for sewing curved pieces and you will practice making several blocks. You will go away with the skills and templates to complete a quilt or turn your blocks into mini projects like tote bags or cushions. Rainbows quilt comes in 2 sizes - baby and lap quilt. Copihue flowers quilt comes in 4 sizes from baby to queen.
Frequency: Once per week for 2 weeks
Instructor: Leah is a local sewist with many interests. She is a trained traditional kiltmaker, quilter, longarmer, costume designer and dressmaker. Her grandmother taught her embroidery and crewel work as a child. She enjoys spending time with her kids at various highland dance and bagpiping events.
