Make comfy, light shorts with a touch of personal style. This class will teach basic garment construction using a pattern. You can make them for everyday use or pyjamas.
This class covers:
- understanding garment patterns and terms
- choosing the right fabric for the pattern
- making and fitting shorts from a pattern
- attaching an elastic waistband
Sewing Level: Beginner to Confident Beginner. An easy introduction to garment making. Some basic sewing machine experience required.
Pattern Sizes: XXS to 3X (up to hips 58")
Includes: 5 hours of instruction and a printed copy of the pattern. Supplies extra.
