Design and make a cosy envelope cushion cover in your choice of fabrics. Learn:

  • setting up your machine including threading and bobbin winding
  • how to set your stitch selection
  • how to accurately cut fabric
  • sewing straight seams and perfect corners
  • neat finishing like hems and seam finishes

Sewing Level: Our Intro to Sewing classes teach you the basics of using a sewing machine and simple pattern cutting techniques.

Location: 80 Mary Street, Port Moody

Includes: 3 hours of instruction and a copy of the pattern. Supplies extra.

Instructor: This class is taught by a variety of instructors. 

    Cancellation Policy

    Full registration payment is required to reserve your space in a class or event. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance of the class or event will receive a full refund to store credit. For cancellations made less than 10 days in advance: A store credit of 50% of the fee will be given if more than 4 days notice, or if 4 days or less notice from the class time is given then no refund or transfer will be issued.
