This class is suitable for beginners, either as an introduction to working with leather, or as a refresher to build your skills. You will see how easy and inexpensive it is to get started with just a few basic tools. Learn:
- setting up your machine including threading and bobbin winding
- how to set your stitch selection
- how to accurately cut fabric
- sewing straight seams and perfect corners
- how to use basic leather tools
- customizing your piece with leather colour and embellishment
Our Leather Adventure Workshops offer quick, beginner-friendly projects.
Sewing Level: Intro. Suitable for complete beginners or those curious about learning new skills. Please note this class is not suitable for unaccompanied minors or youth under 16.

He's made everything from rugged bags & wallets, to necklaces & carved poetry, all from a small set of tools he's taken around the world, meeting different styles and masters across nearly 60 countries. He loves sharing ideas and adventures with others, and helping them try new things!
